I love doing my laundry here! This location is thoughtfully designed (lots of seating and fun art on the wall!) and feels extremely welcoming. The employees are super kind and very attentive about keeping the machines and shared spaces clean. They have an incredibly nice bathroom that’s always spotless. I’ve come here many times and I’ve never been disappointed with the cleanliness or service. I’ve only tried their wash-and-fold once but they did a fantastic job and I felt that my belongings were well cared for. (Also they have a punch card deal! Love it!) Anyway I’m so happy this laundromat opened up, it’s made doing my laundry way more pleasant and convenient! Thank you!!!

Absolutely my favorite laundry experience I’ve ever had in the city. Such kind customer service and the rewards card is a great bonus for drop off. Very clean space and always makes me feel welcome. The owners are kind people that deserve all the business!

Finding a place you trust to wash and dry your clothes is no easy task. You can tell the staff over at The Perfect Laundromat takes pride in what they do. I dropped off around 60-70lbs on a Sunday for a wash, dry and fold service. I have a single washer and dryer in my apt unit shared between all tenants. It would have been two days of intense laundering to conquer this mountain. I walked in at 1pm selected my options (premium detergent, soil level, etc.) I had a text by 3:30pm that my laundry was ready for pickup. Everything was organized by size and type, folded to perfection,smelling delicious. All for under $100. You can't put a price on saved time and peace of mind. From a happy returning customer, welcome to the neighborhood and thank you!

Super inviting new & clean space. Staff is so friendly & services are clearly listed! I placed a drop off order, all laundry was cleaned and folded with so much care and even organized neatly in the bag. I’ve been to all the laundromats in the area growing up here and this spot may be a couple blocks longer commute than the others but hands down worth it as it’s been the best experience. This is the new go to spot for sure :)

The Perfect Laundromat is the best thing to ever happen to laundry. TPL was a delight to discover and communicate with — and best of all, do business with. I’ve been fortunate to not have need of a laundromat for the last 15 years as i had it in-house, so when I suddenly did, I first panicked then couldn’t believe my good luck to come upon TPR. Even though I’m in BedStuy and not nearby, the whole experience could not have been easier. Everyone I encountered was so friendly, professional and helpful. Service was fast and efficient. Communication? Check. These days it seems that 95% of the businesses, if you can find a phone number, it is purely gratuitous. No one answers, and there’s no way to leave a message. TPR has a website -- where an email address and phone number were readily available. Skeptical, I used both. They replied — to both. Features? Check. Besides water temp, there is a choice of detergent, cycle speed, even how you want your clothes dried. (You can even dry them at home if you wish.) Plus so much more. Turnaround time? Check. Faster than they’d promised. I can’t say enough good things about TPR. Please support this business so that I can continue to take my business there. LOL. p.s. with everything going on in the world, I feel a little (okay, a lot) silly making such a big deal about laundry. but with everything going on in the world, when you come upon a bright spot, it's a really bright spot.

When The Perfect Laundromat opened near my apartment, my first thought was; maybe there will be a machine big enough so that I can finally wash my rugs. I bought washable rugs from Ruggable and quickly realized that only commercial machines can actually wash my rugs. I had put this off but then a new puppy made the need to wash the rugs extremely urgent. I called some rug washing services and received quotes for $250 per rug, with pick up and delivery. I decided to stop in to TPL. A very nice woman who was working at the desk showed me the price list which had rugs on it. For $32 / rug, I was able to get my sparkling clean rugs back the next day. It feels so good to be able to properly clean large items like this. Since this experience I have been back multiple times to wash my king sized comforter and the linens of my child after a bed accident. It is very pleasant here. All new machines and tech that run them including an app that alerts you how much time is left on your dryer for ex. Also, they play good music and show cool movies. Highly recommend this laundromat. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had such a lovely experience with the Perfect Laundromat on Sunday. They were fast, and their folding method is so wonderful. Everything was packed so well that going through the heavy snowfall didn't impact the folding at all. Thank you so much, I can't wait to be back!

This laundromat lives up to its name and it’s such a calm place to do laundry, which I hate doing lol. I stopped in to do my own laundry for the first time recently and was greeted by Anais, who couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She explained everything clearly, helped me get set up, and made the process completely stress-free. One of the things I love is the location — it’s right next door to a deli, so I grabbed a sandwich and a coffee while my clothes were washing. Super convenient! Inside, the laundromat is spotless and organized. They have many different sizes to choose from, which is great whether you’re doing a small load or have a lot bedding and bigger items like I did. The pricing is very reasonable too — especially for the medium and large washers, which give you a lot of value compared to other places in the neighborhood especially because they are CLEAN and new. Another awesome thing is the machine card system. When you register your laundry card, the machine actually sends you a notification when your washer or dryer is done. Even though I was sitting there, I was on my phone and totally loss track of time, but the text reminded me — it makes the whole process smooth and efficient. I was also able to use my phone to pay with Apple Pay, but they accept cash too, but not quarters. Which is honestly the best part. On top of all that, they had music and TVs and ac. It was honestly an amazing atmosphere. The dryers worked so well. I might recommend the medium setting as the dryers are hot, and I was doing some athletic clothes too, but for my comforters and bedding, the hot setting was perfect. I’ve tried other laundromats in the area obviously, but none of them have the combination of friendly service, affordable pricing, convenient location, and convenient features like here. Anais and the team really make it a five-star experience every time!
